Everything we do in yoga, judge with your own body, do what you can, make yourself comfortable with it but the rules are simple. Keep your spine relatively straight at all times, keep your breath under control because the breath is how you control the mind. Be conscious of your breath, don’t fight your body, tune into it to see what the problems are, see what is causing the blockage and change your position so that the blockage works itself out.
