The spiritual life gives you the powers of consciousness which gives you power over time and space and allows you to manipulate the fabric of this material world to some degree. As a spiritual person, it’s imperative that you don’t take that initiative. It’s imperative that you bow to the will of the universe, the will of god. If you start taking on that aspect of control within yourself, you become your own worst enemy and at that point you’re off the path. So being a spiritual being requires very conscious awareness and it’s a continual process.

Everything we do in yoga, judge with your own body, do what you can, make yourself comfortable with it but the rules are simple. Keep your spine relatively straight at all times, keep your breath under control because the breath is how you control the mind. Be conscious of your breath, don’t fight your body, tune into it to see what the problems are, see what is causing the blockage and change your position so that the blockage works itself out. Yoga is meant to bring you joy and happiness and is not meant to bring you pain and suffering.

It’s a narrative that you continually and consistently embed in your life and everything that you do, and that becomes who you are. This vector gets created and as you fall into this void, conscious-subconscious, and as you go thru this you’re key right back into inhaling sat and exhaling nam. The mantra sound stays as a consistent vibrational frequency thru this dimensional experience.

Kundalini yoga works on all levels, you become stronger in whatever you want to do. You also become stronger in your weaknesses. So it’s very important that you watch yourself closely and don’t indulge in ego driven situations. You’ll find that you can manipulate the physical world more and more. But whatever your distractions you have in life, whatever takes you away from the spiritual path will ultimately cause you to have many problems. So be aware of this consciously.
