You have an obligation to protect your magnetic field, to protect your aura, to protect your light. As you gather spiritual life, there are many different distractions, many ways to lose your energy. The idea is that you learn to control the outflow of your prana. The idea is to protect yourself and yet be open, its that very narrow razor-sharp path. Because we’re not going to give you rules in this class to follow, we are going to give you guidelines, and even those will change as you progress in life.

Between the breaths is the pathway. When the breath is silent and you sit in that perfect silence, the crystalline structure of your mind opens up, the breath has stopped, and you’re allowed then to rise in consciousness. The frequency changes, your mind has stopped and the intent of your consciousness to elevate itself takes over. This is called our saddna. Saddna is our practice that allows us to complete that intent of consciousness when our mind is shut down.

Its remembering who you are and remembering always to worship the inner light and to do that service to the inner light in each person that you meet, most of all to yourself.

What state of consciousness can cross that threshold between wake and dream, between conscious and subconscious? What self-ego state can cross that space and still be you. How do die while you’re still alive? What form of awareness crosses that infinite boundary? But somehow that ego has to be tuned into the infinite. Control this body computer, this mental bio-computer with your breath. The breath is the basic tool you have to control your mind.

It’s when you feel the awesome joy of energy coursing thru you with the wonder of consciousness. Then your body assumes certain positions, whether it be dancing or sitting in consciousness, there is a flow of energy that manifests itself on these situations of consciousness which are uplifting. In a reverse way of doing things, we do these positions in order to stimulate that consciousness to happen.
