A great revolutionary quote that came from Yogi Bhajan is that “Happiness is Your Birthright”. This means it’s OK to be happy, it’s possible to be happy, and it’s possible to do it in this lifetime. This stands opposed to what Freud said about psychotherapy which says that the purpose of psychotherapy is to take a person from neurotic misery to ordinary human suffering. If humanity is to make it through these times we need many, many people to make the great journey and to teach others how to make the great journey.
