When conflicting vibrations arise and the disharmony is there, you have to find a way to balance that, and the most basic way of balancing the disharmony in your life is with your breath.

You keep yourself centered and strong. You don’t let holes, weaknesses, leaks in your magnetic field, your aura. In those leaks, in those holes, in those weak points, is where not only the disease on a physical level comes in, but the entities and the possible frequencies of inner dimensional beings can also come into your aura, and they manifest in disease also. So you maintain a powerful strong aura. You’re consciously aware of the strengths and weaknesses in your body, and you’re consciously sending energy to the places in your body that feel weak. Think of a luminous sphere surrounding you and if that sphere has any weakness at all, like a cell, than things can come into it.
